Calls my mobile phone number and then hangs up. When you try to call back, the number is always engaged. Blocked the number.

Caller: Department of Security

Department of Security for Visa and Mastercard, have a giggle at this... i asked for the last 4 digits of the card and the guy goes 'What?', oh how rude.. anyways I ask where is he calling from? and he proceeds with a North Sydney address, so I ask if he was sure he wasnt from China or India.. he then seemed so confident that he was calling from Sydney ahhaha! I told him he was an idiot! 08 was not the state code, he made some silly comment, IDOIT thinks he is calling from Sydney! Anyways, he called a business number that has no connection to any Visa or Mastercards.. Seems like these guys are getting around as above comments. What's app also had this number come up as "SCAM" but the message didn't come up until I hung up :)

Called at 12 midday. No message left when I did not answer. Caller is a West Australian number and I live on the east cost of NSW.

Caller: NBN???

Answered the call and the caller said they are checking on my NBN. Then hang up

They said it was pay pal ,
