I cautiously returned the call as it could have been an awaited local call, A research centre of some sort - sounded like "Cantar."

Got a call from an unknown number. I usually don't answer but I was curious so I picked up but didn't speak. As soon as I picked up - they hung up. Obviously up to no good. Number is now blocked. Don't waste my time :|
