Talking tech call. Telling my I owe $299.99 for my order on eBay. I don't have an eBay account. There was an IVR that asked to dial for options. 1) for billing 2) for tech support 3) to cancel the order The call went to my Voicemail. The IVR repeated 4 times before the recording ended.
