Foreign accent trying to tell me my website needs updating and they can assist. Unwanted cold caller.

Called and wanted to discuss details about my place of business claiming they were a company that worked with marketing and would assist in getting clients. As soon as I mentioned I wasn't the director of the company, the caller (strong accent) became extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me.
