Caller: Fraudulent number

Claiming to investigate credit/MasterCard fraudulent transactions.

Caller: CBA

Called and said that from Commonwealth Bank of Australia, then I said I worked for CBA and asked him which department he called from. He then hung up.

Caller: Claims Visa and Mastercard security

Claims from Cisa and Mastercard security and said noticed odd international transactions of $400 overnight. Said will hang up as 1. Didn’t have that and 2. They’re different companies so you’re obviously fake. They hung up

Called while I was on another call, phone deemed it as potential fraud so I didn't answer it. No message left. Blocked and reported.

Caller: Dave

Scammer said he was from Hotmail security.

Said he was from Amazon. Didn’t sound legitimate so I hung up

Caller: John Watson

I answered the phone and there was a man who introduced himself as John Watson from the Visa Office. He had a heavy accent. He said that I have had an unusual transaction on my PayPal account. I asked him a question and he told me my email address and got irritated. I hung up.

Dodgy call centre in Indian accent. Tried to call back fake number. DONT ANSWER

Indian Lady , Claimed they were from Telstra with a 50% discount . I couldn't hear her as reception is bad. Scam

Scammers, wanting me to call back

I didn't answer and then did a Google search on the number to confirm that it is a scam number

Guy with Indian accent called me saying he was from Amazon and was calling regarding an apple airpod purchase. I don't have an Amazon account, so told him No & hanged up

Automated message saying that my Amazon Prime autorenewal for $99.99 would be debited today. I don't have Amazon Prime.

This number just called and tried to tell me they would be doing work on the NBN in my area tomorrow morning. They wanted to know if I was home or at work. Instead of answering I asked where they would be performing this work. They said that they would be doing it from their secure server and then they hung up. Scam.

No message left so can’t be anything useful

Called saying I had ordered an iPhone11 from Amazon and to press 1 if I didn’t order. I hung up!
