Caller: Supposedly from Amazon

A supposed suspicious payment from my a/c

Caller: This number called with Norton message

Received call advising my account will be billed in 4 hours for $299.00. After the 10 second computer generated voice. A real person said hello

Caller: Scam Call

Said he was from Telstra about my internet service. That’s all in my husband’s name, not mine. Hung up and blocked!

I had a call from Telstra too, but they did not know my name. They said that my internet server would change from private to public in 2 days making it a security risk for me. I did not get the name of the person.

Just bought a new smart phone. This number came up as a potential fraud with a big red circle/line through it. Did not pick up and no msg was left. Sure to be a scam. Blocked number, beware one and all.

Scam about suspended phone service

They just called , they did not leave a message. Used skype to check - skype indicated that I could not call this number on skype no other message.

More than likely Scam

Didn't answer came through as scam call and was blocked automatically

Caller: Recorded message

Recorded message saying it was commonwealth bank and I had made a $1200 purchase and press 1 to speak to account manager to stop payment. Ps i don't use commonwealth bank.

Caller: Philippino woman said they were from Commonwealth Bank

Automated message saying Paypal was trying to approve a transaction of $999 dollars, and to press 1 to put a stop to the payment. Knew it was total BS so I hung up. Googled the number and found this page. SCAM NUMBER

Caller: Computer generated voice

I answered call; the call was an automated message allegedly from EBAY, saying that "You have just purchased a gift card from EBAY for $500, if you do not recognise this transaction please PRESS 1". I hung up and checked bank account. I do not know what would have happened if I had pressed 1.

Did not answer. Unknown. Blocked number immediatly. N if important would send txt msg or email

Claiming to be Telstra technical department now.

Caller: Showed up as Perth, Australia

I didn’t pick up, they left a message was a lady (recorded message & partly missed) saying a payment of $948 was going to be approved and I needed to press numbers if I didn’t approve it. I just blocked the number.

Caller: An Indian speaking man called James Parker identified as staff from security department from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia

I received a call from an Indian speaking man said that he's James Parker, a staff from the security department at CBA advising me that someone from the USA had made an illegal transaction on my bank account of $800 and wants me to tell him the type of mobile, I am using, an Android or Samsung, I find him very suspicious and he hang up on me when I refused to tell him and said he will allow the transaction to go through.
