Got a recorded message claiming a charge was being made to my credit card. It then gave three number options for a response. Then the call ended. Didn't catch who it supposedly was

An elaborate scam from "ebay" about someone having purchased $299 of Apple Gift cards with my account. They get you to download a Team-Viewer like app to give you a "form" to cancel. Don't fall for it

Caller: Someone posing as an employee from EBay African sounding person said they were from eBay and was informing me Queensland had used my details to purchase a gift card for $299 from eBay at 4am this morning. She said asked me to put my phone on speaker and was going to have me complete an urgent cancelation form. When I asked for eBay to email me the form she started to say no it couldn't be done. As soon as I said that I thought she was the scammer she abruptly hung up.
