In my opinion they are either scammers or nuisance callers.

had about 6 calls from numbers starting with 0863772 and then the last two numbers are different 04 - 16 -26 etc all scams

Phone has been going off all day, very similar numbers to this one. But this one has left a voicemail for me, a recorded message asking about scomos vaccine rollout survey.

Third call I've had in three days from 3 similar numbers each time 6377 7216, 6377 7203, 6377 7213), one digit different. Phone didn't ring for long but I didn't answer it anyway and they left no message. Blocked all 3 calls, will be a different one next.
