No idea - no voicemail

getting a call once a day from this number in Perth. No voice mail left and when calling back the automatic tone says "Hi and thanks for your call, all our phone operators are currently occupied, please stay on the line and you will be put through to the next available operator" no reference to any kind of business and no voice mails left.
