Claimed I needed to resolve issues following an accident. Not correct, scammer.

This is a scam call regarding a car accident. I have not been in an accident.
I have had several calls from the same people using similar phone numbers and blocked them, but they simply try again using a different number. This morning I answered the call and responded to the recording by choosing 1 to speak with a "claims" person. I have asked him to remove my number from all his calling lists. Who knows if this will stop me getting calls from this particular scam, hoping so anyway!

Called 3 times today - same as other post, ‘this is “insert name here” calling from the claims team.’

A bogus call claiming to be about an accident " and requiring further details". No company name or name of caller is given, just "Hello.we just need a few more details...." I will lodge complaint with Consumer Affairs in WA too.

I received this three time from a woman asking about an accident that I met with. That was not correct.

(08) 6370 4941 rang, no answer just hang up, They need to be investigated

My iPhone has this listed as a blocked number, but still I get the calls. Apple says this is not possible unless the caller has developed software that overrides the block.
Its the scam motor accident thing again.

Ignore the call. The pre-recorded message starts with "This is (name here) from the claims team". That's your cue to put the phone down.
