This number continually engages after two rings.

Extremely annoying.
I am a receptionist for an advertising agency and these people have been calling religiously.
I've added them to my 'do not answer' list.

Same complaint as everyone above - annoying little jerk just keeps calling no matter how rude I am to him or how many times I just hang up. Where do we complain?

Guy keeps calling to speak with our MD. When I ask what call is in reference to he fobs me off and says he will call back.
Same scenario - if I call back the number it disconnects after 2 rings

Same as previous comments. Tried to call to ask them to cease calling and after 2 rings the call disconnects. We have been called at least 10 times over the past 2-3 weeks. It needs to stop. Where can I complain?

Asks to speak to IT manager to update 'our software', however cannot give me our IT manager's name, therefore I assumed was a telemarketer.
