I called back to (08) 6365 0405, it get through to an operator, he addressed me to a correct name, and asked me what accident I was involved. I did had a minor car accident 6 month ago. I ask him where is he work for, he said "Claims department", I ask him claims department of where, he hang up on me?!!!
