Caller: Jay - My Foodie Box Asked about customer experience but did not have any structured survey questions except for to say "I am calling about your customer experience with my foodie box". Very quietly spoken on the phone. I thought it was strange to not have any prepared survey questions for a subscription service like this (yes, I have used the service).
