Caller: Pre-recorded message Pre-recording in amercian accent and it reads over my Google screening message, " There is an exception in your OSCH health insurance, you need to update your information. Update online. Please press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese" then follows it up in Mandarin. Funny thing is, I don't have health insurance registered on the number called.
