Must be the latest in phone scams - asked for me by name and enquired about a vehicle accident I may have been involved in. I replied that I hadn't been in any vehicle accidents and he said my number came up as a possibility. Quite concerning as he asked for me by name, identified himself (English accent, not Chinese or Indian) and named the company.

I initially thought they were scammers, BUT they explained how they work and indeed they do help people out. My daughter was hit and was having minor aches but didn't even think about making a claim.

They advised what she is entitled to (as it wasn't her fault) and helped us through the claims process which resulted in free physiotherapy treatment and being appointed lawyers who are dealing with obtaining personal injury compensation! Listen to these people!!

Scam, they pretend to be from the CTP and said iv been in an accident, I call them back alllll the time now and mess with them

Annoying Irish caller who somehow has details of a car accident from a few months ago offering to help me claim compensation. I told him he was wasting his time and I didn't like scammers. Told him not to call again and all the time he was trying to talk over the top of me. They have called 3 or 4 times a day since then, using different 08 numbers so I have now blocked all the numbers. Have reported them to the Motor Accident Insurance Commission. I suggest everyone does the same in the hope that they will be investigated and shut down.

Caller: Stating I had a car accident

As soon as they say "hey we heard you were in an accident" blah blah something to that effect, I straight up tell them to "f**k off, I know you guys are scammers" and instantly they hang up. I've had a few calls from different numbers so hopefully when I block all of them in time, they won't ring. Especially if you cut them down straight away - they won't ring again. SOOOO ANNOYING!!! My mum's elderly friend almost got scammed and I freaking hate it!

3 calls from this number in 3 hours. Goes to voice mail but they won't leave a message. Have blocked it now.
