Yep, political recorded message. Very annoying, they ring at least 2-3 times a week right at dinner time.

No they call even if you are on the do not call register. cus Iam and got 7 calls from them in 24hours.

Called at 7.50pm. When returned call I received the ‘Community Engagement, automated survey’ message as above.

Short community engagement survey.. they left me a voice message.. called at 7:50pm so I didn’t answer.. also 086 numbers are not from China or a Skype Call.. my home number in Cockburn starts with 086, from what I heard it’s because the 089 numbers had started to run out so they changed it to 086 to have more of a variety.. 08 is WAs area code..
