Called 3 times within 10 mins at 7 in the morning AWST and left no voicemail. Call back and you just get a pre-recorded message saying 'The number you have dialled is vacant, please check and retry'

This is the number from an "exploratory rig" off the north west shelf of Western Australia"!
You can't return the calls either as it's an outbound service phone for the crew to make outgoing calls on.
If you were to actually be through, chances of you being able to be put onto the person who actually called you would be slim to none, as there are large volumes of people that use this number.
