Edith Cowan university- I received a letter from Wa department of health informing me I'd be getting a call about me visiting hospital for a feedback suvey. They were nice on the phone, took 10 minutes. Don't mind helping out and giving my opinion about my hospital experience.

I took a survey which was related to noise and vehicle driving in my workplace, a few demographic questions but nothing personal. Glad to have helped out a small area of research to benefit the community.
