Flagged by phone as a spam number. These guys try to call often, if it's not in my contacts list or especially if marked as spam I never answer. Let it ring out, don't even cancel the call as that tells them when you're at the phone and just makes them keep trying. It takes a long time but eventually if you ignore them they will ALMOST stop!
