Caller: Solar Panel Battery Rebate They call me by name and say they’re contacting me about the Solar Panel Battery Rebate scheme. When I ask where they got my details, they just say “a national database” without explaining anything further. Even after I tell them I’m on the Do Not Call Register, they ignore it and continue with their scripted sales pitch.
