Caller: Solar Panels My Samsung phone automatically tagged this as "Suspected Spam" before I picked up the call. The women on the phone had a accent and knew my first name. One of many many calls I get about solar panel rebates by the government. I asked politely for my number to be removed. If you try to call the number on your call log, I get a automated message: "The number you have called is not connected, please check the number before you call again".
