Suspected scam call - I answered but I was on hold with a message asking me to hold & wait for the next available operator. I hung up after 4 minutes as no-one picked up the call.

ANSWERED THE CALL BUT WAS ON HOLD WITH A MESSAGE ASKING ME TO HOLD ON TO BE TRANSFERED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT. I HUNG UP AFTER 4 MINUTES AS NO-ONE PICKED UP THE CALL.
