Caller: Scammer from India Electricity switch over plan, trying to get your details. Rude when told no. I have been told to ‘f myself.’

My phone blocked the call but the voicemail left was a recorded message to say, "The person you have called is not available. Please leave a message after the tone." - I did not call them.
