I missed a call from this number yesterday (08) 6280 2210 - when I tried to call them back I got the message (in an American accent) “The number you have dialled is not in service” - how can that be possible?

A man introduced himself as baragedin or similar, sounded like a call centre, when I asked where he was from he hung up
