Asking about a car accident i had in the last 12 months

This number has called several times. Answer but no one is there. Call back but it doesn't ring

irish/scottish guy , who rang the other week about accidents, big scam.

Asked me if I had been in an accident in the last 12 months and I said no

He then apologised and told me I’d be removed off the list.

This number keeps calling me, then hangs up! I have tried to call them back and can not be connected

Just received a call from this number, called back and it was some irish guy who asked if i'd been in a car accident in the last 12 months, i had but as my insurance and everything was sorted out i believed there was no reason for someone to be calling me about it again so i said that i hadn't. definitely sounded like a scam

She said - "Oh god - what a funny message that was" when she heard my phone message. Ni diea who this is and a ring back gets nothing.

Called to ask if I had been in an accident. I have tried to block this number. It comes up as a "perth Number" however they were not calling from perth!!!

Car accident phishing scam.

Called about supposed accident in past 12 months. When I challenged him, and said he was just trying to sell something, he started calling me a moron. Hung up and blocked.

Same, they keep ring me and no one there and I cannot ring them back. Telstra need to Block or delete this number.

Constantly calling and I won't answer. Accidently answered the other day and had an English woman who sounded like she was calling from the pub (lots of laughter and noise in the background) told her I wasn't interested and hung up. Number of calls seems to have intensified with at least 4 calls a day even though I have blocked the number.

Seriously sick of these accident scammers. Is there anything we can do about it? Told them I never have had an accident in the past 5 years. Asked them to take me off the list, still calling me 4 times a week? Really pissed off!

The same happened with me, more than once.

Not Scottish or Irish, this guys' accent originates from Liverpool or Merseyside. He had children in the background, so I assume he was calling from home attempting to sell insurance on any incident you've had. Unsure where he got my name and number from, probably sold to him by a disreputable company.

A guy with an english accent called and asked is that (he knew my name) twice and then silence
