This is certainly a scam call, they call repeatedly from this number as well as other similar numbers like (08) 6275 6122, (08) 6275 6128 etc. and ask you to press certain numbers on your phone keypad with threat that your some service will be disconnected.

Flagged as spam by my phone. Autimated voicemail was left in English and Chinese stating important notice and to press 1 to hear more.
