Tying to sell solar panels

I answer & never talk. they always hang up, I block the number. Then I report as a robot caller because they sound like robots on repeat

Identified by my phone as SPAM. No message left. Rang number back to be greeted by a automated message "the number you have called is not in service" !

Tried to answer once I did it hung up, no message don’t know number and seeing another persons message solar panels mob. I’ve had at least a dozen of those . Must be either scam or how else do they get phone number
