Caller: Scammers

Local number called me that looked suspicious, called back with blocked ID, heard unintelligible voice msg followed by 70's hangup tone.
Sub-continent scammers . . .

Answered, but i did not speak as I didn't know the number, they hung up after a few seconds

Answered phone had no response, way too much hesitation between saying hello and them responding. They finally responded as I was hanging up a female voice said hello. I hung up and searched number. Scammer
