Yet another call from ‘Olivia’ at Commonwealth Bank. I don’t even bank with them. Lots of calls but 5hey change the number every time.

I didn't pick up the call. But based on other people's entries on this number, I shall assume it is a scam call.

Hang up as soon as answered. As above, a different number each time.

stating they are calling and someone is using my licence number at optus. asked them to tell me the licence number being used and they hung up

“Krystal from commonwealth bank” - then when I said it’s doesn’t sound like a standard commonwealth bank call, they hung up.
Scam. Commonwealth Bank will ALWAYS cross check confirm through the app. Do not engage with this scam.
