Said he was from insurance company calling about an accident. I asked when did the accident occur, and he didn't know. Heavy accent and bad line with lots of noise.

Caller: Indian accent, solar panels frequent calls from the same person regarding solar panels. He kept ringing back when I told him to get lost.
