Caller: Federal Solar Calls Calls over and over just different numbers wanting to know if I have solar panels or solar batteries. What part of stop calling do they not understand!!

Continually calling business phone. When I answer, it says where I am in the queue and to please hold! I don't think so! BLOCKED.
