Caller: “Steve” from “Claims” Yes, a recording of a voice that sounds a little too friendly! “Hi, it’s Steve from “Claims”, calling about an accident you (may have - or may not have) had”...! “Press 1 to speak to an assistant”
No thanks. Haven’t had an accident that wasn’t my fault!! Every time I had car insurance, I never had an accident! I really don’t want to give away any more money, especially when I have not been dinged (if I was, and not hurt: big deal! Unless I or the the car was totalled...!!) But on a more serious note: I would not waste time in claims, because even with insurance, they make it impossible to get compensated... And unless I was permanently incapacitated and had nothing better to do, I’d not bother with the stress of fighting... ESPECIALLY WHEN CLAIMING FROM A SCAM ARTIST!!! 😂
PS Every time you block this number, different ones are used. I only had this one come through because I had to turn-off my “block unknown numbers” to wait for the plumber & locksmith to call. Blocking back on again!

Caller: Recorded message from steve. No company given. Claimed I had been in an accident and could I stay on the line to give my details. I haven’t been in an accident so pressed 2 to allegedly remove my details. As no company name was given or contact details. Sounds highly suspicious to me

Caller: Steve Message said I was in car accident. Called back by pressing 3 instead of 1 or 2. Spoke to a English guy said he’s from Follow up services. I then asked for his address and he hung up. Called back again and spoke to an Irish guys and got the same BS. Also hung up. Sounds like scammers
