Ben called looking for my cousin. He said it was urgent that my cousin get in touch with him. I thought there had been a accident or something really bad. Turns out the Ben dude is just a debt collector. Not urgent as far as I am concerned. If you are reading this Ben.....stop alarming people unnecessarily.

Has vague information about someone - disclosed personal info to see if I knew them. Wouldn't say where he was calling from when i asked if it was ethical to disclose personal info about someone when he doesn't know if i know them

The reason why he’s calling you is because that person they are asking you about is in financial hardship. This guy I think is a debt collector.

Had this jerk call me about a person whom i havent had contact with for well and truly over 10 years. Made me think ot was something urgent. Hes not even from same state as myself. Tried telling me that his information told him i was in contact with this person via social media... havent used social media in yrs....but anyway, not only is he looking for this person, he has also invaded my privacy by getting my phone number and full name details over someone im not even friends with. He should be reported.

My parents just called me asking if I knew this person because they (Ben) left them a voicemail saying they were trying to get in contact with me. My phone number is very public on my businesses website and is very easy to find. They quoted my mother, father and my own name - so he has done good research, but no enough to find my actual number. If he actually wanted to find me, he'd just google my name and it's right there. I don't trust this

Someone with a garbled name left a message to call back if a certain person was known. No explanation as to the nature of the enquiry.
Wouldn't have called back even if the person was known to me anyway. No FULL explanation gets no response from me!

Debt collectors searching for information on people- quoting multiple names. No one I have heard of.
