they rang but not spoke then hanged up after 10 seconds

Caller: 'Jason' from 'Accident Response Team'

I called back a missed number, but from (08) 6244 6127, not 6244-6124 as above.
But the same as above, he answered "Hello this is Jason from the accident response team. How are you?" in a Scottish accent. As soon as I started to explain I was calling him back, he hung up.
