Apparently a web design agency who got my details from one of my domain names.

They rang twice and hung up as soon as I responded.

I rang back and they immediately hung up the call.

Caller: Unnamed Web or Media Services Company

A persistent nuisance, who call every few months, asking for the registrant of a domain name. What is suspicious, is that all details attached to the domain have been redacted for privacy and have been private since registration. There is no info publicly available for them to know the name of the registrant or the unlisted private phone number attached to the registrant. Two calls within an hour today - just more Indian call centre scammers!!

Phoned but didn't leave message. My phone identifies "potential Fraud".

This number completely harasses me with phone calls on a regular basis pretending to be from a server that I have a listing with and trying to sell me a website. If I block their number, they generate another number. (Indian bloke who hangs up when I confirm he’s not from my listing authority.)

I've blocked the number. I have received calls from this number everyday for the last week and I don't answer as my Perth contacts are recorded in my contact list.

Steal your name and phone number from public “who is” records when you register a domain name - another reason to just use PO Box and never real phone number when registering domains

I categorise as scam as they are dodgy in their data harvesting methods

I answered. No response. They hung up

Cant call them back but they call 3-4 times/day.

Answered and the hung up straight away - I have blocked

I suspect it is web design company. Being calling me over a few months. I have now blocked them.

Has called me 3 times (my phone identifies Perth WA) in the last 3 weeks. I answered today and there was no-one on the other end.
