Telstra, reviewing your services. Had a month of these calls being missed by myself. When I eventually spoke to them, they could not give me any discount on my deal but could offer me Foxtel!

Just got a call from this number. Answered. No body spoke. Googled the number and it led me to this site. Thank you for all the feedback as I have now blocked this number.

Have had a number of calls from this number,Rang Telstra and not their's. The (08) tells me it is a private number as (07) is Qld. Telstra has block that number for me.And If it was Telstra why would they hang up after you answer ,Not a very good marketing ploy.

My wife gets an average of 2 a day on her mobile from this.
She answered once, and told them WE ARE ALREADY ON THE NBN.

Still get phone calls from this number. Ringing 1800 805 996

Had a number of calls from this number, on land-line and mobile. after reading your comments I have blocked the number on my mobile and about to do same on my land-line. Many thanks for the advice.

unwanted call

I followed above advice, called telstra on 1800 805 996and got number blocked. Was very simple, took minutes which is well worth it to no longer have them calling me 3 times a day.

Just as an aside - does anyone know WHY a marketing company would endlessly call but never actually speak to you??? Seems insane, and they can't be selling much of whatever it is! I can't imagine what they are getting out of it.

Just had a call from this number.
The caller stated very clearly that he was from Telstra and that they want access to our residence to connect us to the NBN network.
When I quizzed him why don't you do it he said they need my permission.
Whilst talking to this person I checked here only to find it's a scam.
So I rang Telstra only to find out it is not a Telstra business, the gent I spoke to is going to send them a letter asking that our number be taken off their auto dialling system.

Repeated phone calls all day. No one on other end, or they hang up before I answer it

Getting heaps a day - no one is ever on the other end when I answer then I called back and tells you can take up to 30 days to stop the calls and will still get calls until then... Just not good enough!!

Since registering to have overseas and local spam calls blocked have started receivibg 2 to 3 calls a day from (08) 6288 4014 . Not surprised but disapointed this appears to be a marketing arm of telstra.

Multiple calls daily. Website no longer works..can't lodge a complaint that way. Facebook page is not monitored. Telstra suggests that WE call the number back to request no more marketing calls.

Received a call from this number on my mobile. When I answered, there was silence and the caller finally hung up. I am registered on the Do Not Call Register for my land line and mobile . I have received several calls on my land line over the lat week, Possibly from the same number with the same result.
