Whilst I cannot confirm it, I believe this will be Bank West Credit Cards (given it is a WA phone number, and my card is overdrawn by $37.15). As I fixed it as soon as the statement came out (7am yesterday), then they have to remember it takes 48 hours for THEIR bank to receive funds from the BIG FOUR
