told me this call will be recorded and asked to pass a message on to a person last name Orr, I asked who was calling, Man advised that he cannot give out any information.

believe it was spam call

Caller wanted to confirm my name so I could pass a message on to a neighbour.
Scammer, I think.

Caller: Clarence

Ignored the call - then received a text message to call clarence in relation to a matter with a person named Scott- I don't know a Scott so I rung back - they identified themselves as Pioneer Credit based in Perth- told them how they got this number etc said I didn't know a Scott - they then said they would take my number down and wouldn't bother me again. Upon further investigation I found out apparently this company are frauds etc so be wary
