I too a missed call from this number.

My wife just got a call from this number on her mobile.
She was smart enough to say she is on a Contract.
The Asian male voice was offering a deal from Telstra and started asking her what handset she had and how long she had it.
I suspect this is NOT a Telstra number

I just received two calls from this number in the space of an hour. Thank goodness I looked it up on this website before picking it. I don't have time to waste with these damn telemarketers!

I got an immediate disconnect from this number. I called back to find it was telemarketing from Telstra. I went through the opt out process and got a message saying it would take up to 30 days to update the system. So ridiculous, totally inappropriate.

I just got another one but this time she identified herself as working with Telstra! Boo to them for these annoying calls!

I have a sick relative on an 08 area code and when I get these calls I automatically think something bad has happened - what a pain and what a stupid person!
