I have been having hangups from this number for about a week now.
Someone advised me to not answer with my business name but to answer with "Hello".
As soon as I did this, the call became "live" and was not automatically disconnected.
The caller said he was from Simply Energy and knew my name and my address (from years ago).
I have now asked him to take me off any further call lists ... so hopefully that is the end of these problem calls.

2 missed calls while o/seas. Pleased they didn't last long enough to divert to my roaming number

i just recieved a call from them it came from perth im in melb and never heard of that energy company probly a scam becareful ppl :)

They called me today saying they where calling about my account from simply energy then promptly hung up in my ear!!!! Strange, I don't gave an account with them that o know of???

Another winge to ad. Its been on my work phone as well while I am on R&R. Pain in the ass as I have to respond. Should shut them down today. Pestalence

Called me 20 times in the last 4-5 days.

I have also been getting called, never have time to get to phone and answer it, usually rings twice. Try to call back and nothing, wont even connect. '08' means SA WA or NT, and new numbers commencing with '6' started being issued to customers in Perth early in 1999. Although i have no idea why i would be contacted by anything in Perth. It definitely smells fishy.

Been getting numerous calls from this number the last couple of days - same scenarios. When they do finally speak I'm letting em have it. Parasites!
