Had so many calls but they just hang up really getting on my nerves

I spoke to the receptionist who was nice but I told her to expect an influx of calls. Not fair on her but hey she's on a wage.
I did register my number with donotcall.gov but it hasn't worked (yet).

Just spoke to a friendly receptionist at http://www.tsagroup.com.au/contact.aspx regarding calling list, told her that we sent an email a couple of months ago to be taken off the list, and got a call from their call centre today.

She was polite and got the number we were called on and said she would send it off straight away.

Politness goes along way. :)

I got this call out of the blue. Funnily, it was a day after I called telstra to complain about them failing to turn off message bank after 3 attempts..I did get pretty nasty.oh well..its now in my block list.

I have had 3-4 phone calls every weekday from this number, when you try to pick up it doesnt connect. Very frustrating and have put my number on do not call list also

I have had five calls from this number from Thursday 30th of May till today 3rd June. Never speak just hang up or ring a few times then hang up. Very over it.

I just got a call. Didn't answer. And won't be answering by the looks of things. Its wrong that ppl can do this

I called and they sent me through an automated "remove my details" process belonging to Telstra. A good outcome however I shouldn't have had to go through the process.

Got two calls from this number today, can't connect when I call them back. Very annoying.

Just recieved a call from them, line dropped after a few seconds and me saying "hello!?!"
though it was worth a try googling it :)

who and how do I complain to?

And so it continues, a law unto themselves it seems. Oh well I guess they will just have to handle all of the incoming calls to the receptionist with complaints.

Telstra Telemarketers, just hang up, or waste as much of their time as possible.

2 missed calls from this number today, ring them back and they hang up.. Quite annoying

Constant daily calls from 08 6210300- complained to Telstra who emailed and said they would be in contact in 2 business days - NOTHING in nearly two weeks. Just made a complaint AGAIN. Absolutely useless

jst missed a call from this number today, try'd callin it back but dial tone was dead. wish theyd all jst f^ck off!!!

Had a missed call by that number , i found this website and when they called back he said he was from Telstra offering me a free next G phone plan. I told him to goo to google and type this address and read what every1 has written about them. He said he doesnt have internet and then hung up LOL what a tool

Hang on, No this is not telstra ringing, in my haste to add to the posts on this board, I forgot to mention that I got calls from these numbers in september last year. When I rang back I got number does not exist, try again. I rang telstra and they confirmed this was not a phone number, even she was like WTF is going on. I rang the 474 one back, rang twice and just got silence.

Ive had about 2 calls a day from (08) 6210 2395 for the last 4 days. I usually do not answer many calls unless i know the number. I rang the number back and its some recorded message saying that Telstra authorises them to call people. I hung up fearing It was a Premium Phone number I was calling and I would get charged heaps for it.Its not a Perth number as its 1 number too long for perth!Id say its Telemarketers or a SCAM!

Hey I've been getting these calls too, the busy tone when i try to call back.All hours of the night. I actually work for telstra and we've been having a lot of troubles with other small companies calling cust claiming to be telstra. if you do answer these calls, ask them to take you off the calling list, ask for ID number or a reference number. Do these things before you call up telstra and abuse the staff that answer the call. The staff that answer the calls don't actually call ppl.
