Pre recorded message to begin with telling me his name was Steve and he was calling regarding a recent accident I had been involved in (there hasn't been one!!) It then said they required further details from me and said for the claims department press 1. I dialled 1 and the call ended. I rang the number back a few minutes later and a male voice answered with a simple "Hello!" Not professional at all. I said I had received a call from this number and was cut off. He said "Oh yes! that would be about a recent vehicle accident you were involved in my friend!" I said I haven't been involved in any accidents and don't bother calling me friend. Go and F$#& yourself As$^@* and I hung up. My question is "Why isn't the bloody government doing something to catch these pieces of crap?" If they can answer a phone number there has to be a way of catching them.

Twice I have had this call. Is this a law firm soliciting cases or a more insidious attempt to access our phones? Will block the number.

I missed the call and when I called back the message says the number has been disconnected temporarily.
This is definitely spam.
