I called and said EBay. To me it’s scammers

The bloke had an Indian accent and said he was calling from Ebay. Said he was giving me confirmation of my item that I had bought from Ebay. He quoted the last three numbers of my mobile phone number and then asked me for my full name so he could look it up on his database. I did not give him any information whatsoever and he kept repeating his request to me insisting I give him my name. Because I wouldn’t he hung up on me.
