Caller: Says eBay in Perth, sounded dodgy... Played recorded message “… will deduct $299 from my account…”, I hung up. When I called back that number… shows as Perth… the male said this is eBay, and he is in Perth. When I asked why are you calling me, he sad “… To chop your head off”… Wow, how telcos allow these fake numbers like that!?
