Person called from NBN saying they were going to reboot NBN internet router. When asked for his details and employee number he hung up

Called from this number saying that they were from NBN Telstra and in my area my internet was going slow. I let him ramble on for a couple of minutes and then asked him what area I was from. He gave some bull story that his technician had my address but he only had my name and phone number. I told him to get lost and that I was with Optus and hung up.

Caller: Saying from Gmail

Rang saying I hadn’t updated my email password on my phone
Straight away I knew it was a scam cause I’d just got a new phone and updated my password. After hanging up I tried ringing number but could not ring the number back SCAMMER

Claimed they were commbank scam department, didn’t offer a name or ask for my details, wanted me to download a screen sharing app, put me through to levels of “managers” suspiciously quickly, told them to get f*cked

called, said he was from telstra. wanted bank and licence details

SCAM ....... ANZ bank fraud prevention calling about transaction $617 at paylink that was declined for my protection. Call 1300 473 048 to have card unblocked.

Caller: Indian accent guy

Asking to reduce my energy bill, asking name and address. Possible scam.

Unknown number called. No message left presume spam & number blocked.

No message left- and looks dodgy as all heck after reading everyone else’s experience- blocked

Hung up straight away when answered.

Missed the call. When called back an automated voice message says that the call cant be connected due to service difficulties. Possible scam.

Called and said they were from commonwealth bank..I hung up straight away

Said he was calling from Telstra about my internet connection. Told him to get a real job and hung up.

Caller: "Amazon"

On answering, a recorded message regarding Amazon delivery, so I hung up. Don't have an Amazon account or order so I know it is fake.

Missed call. No message left. Likely scam.
