Answered. Long time waiting until someone on other end spoke with a foreign accent, after I said hello 4 times. Claimed to be from Visa Debit Card. I asked why they are calling. They said I bought bitcoin this morning and were calling to check "was that you?". I asked them twice how they got my number (as mobile is unlisted) and they hung up after 2 long pauses. I tried calling back and the call could not be connected. Very suspicious.

Stayed silent for 20 seconds then hung up

Nobody calls me ever from a number like this except SCAMMERS. And this one is a scammer. No message left. SCAMMER. Called it back just to double-check, engaged as they usually are. SCAMMER. Come on ACMA are you really that useless in policing this problem?
