Caller: NBN scam

Sounded like an Indian call centre told me they were from the NBN and my personal data was being stolen. Couldn’t tell me who my internet provider was or my address.

To all the scammers who are calling from (08) 6168 7547 to begin with, you are a pack of gutless turds. While I mean no harm to any of you scammers, I am pretty certain if anyone could put a face to you, you'd probably never be able to make another phone call again. While you have no one to answer to here on this physical planet, you will have to be answerable to a higher power, with nowhere to run or hide. Get a life, before life will get you !

I heard a split second of music come through the phone, then silence. Probably a scam call anyway

A recorded message said ‘ dear customer this is to inform you of an online shopping charge for $1100.00 if this is incorrect please press 1 now'

Sounded like. overseas

Claimed they were from Ebay and my a/c had been charged over $300.00. I don't, and have never, had anything to do with Ebay.

Have received a few automated calls recently purporting to be from Amazon, latest one this morning from this number - he hung up quickly when challenged his claim

I didn’t answer the call but voicemail was left by computer voice claiming they were from eBay and something about a charge to my account . Will block number.

Unknown number. Definitely a scam. Thanks for the postings have now blocked the number.

Caller: Someone from Telstra

Someone called me from Telstra and said my connection will be disconnected.
I said : Thank You! But why does it take so long when I’ve asked to disconnect before two months!

Remote access scam from this number! Claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank. Then changed who they represented according to who I actually Bank with!
Claimed that people were trying to hack my phone.
Tried to get me to install remote access software and he hung up when I refused to!!

Received missed call at midday today. They didn’t leave message. Unknown caller. Thanks for submitted comments as very helpful. Therefore have blocked number

Bot telling me that my Amazon Prime subscription for $99 is going to be taken from my bank account - and I have never signed up to Amazon Prime!!

Caller: Claiming to work with "NBN"

Similar to others. Woman claiming to help fix NBN problems... even though I told her I don't have NBN. Then she got my telco provider wrong and when I questioned her, she asked why I was wasting HER time.

Answered a call from this number earlier today. Silence from other end and then hung up on me after 5 seconds or so
