Recorded call informing me of a $200 purchase on Ebay. Didn't let the message finish as I have no dealings with Ebay, so not sure what was the end result.

A man said he was from the security of visa and mastercard. I said which credit card have you found? He said it has to do with your debit/credit card. I said which one? he said someone is trying to withdraw $2000. I said which card? he paused. I said which bank are you from?? still nothing. I said surely you know which bank you work with??? he hung up. This number has obviously been used a lots for scams - but my phone didn't alert me that it was potential fraud. I was just lucky to have gone outside, seen that someone had pinched the cover from my car - so I was raging and in no mood for scams......

Reportedly said they were from telstra internet. I hung up

Called threatening to charge me 99 dollars per month for my Amazon account. He sounded foreign and said if I don't do as he instructed, in the next 10 minutes the money would be debited. Told me someone hacked my account. I asked him if he was the hacker and he didn't answer and I ended the call.

Got a robot call claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, saying that there is an unauthorised payment on my account.

Pretended to be Telstra officer and tried to guide me through the internet-connected PC to "solve" the problems but he found me was playing with him and he hung up immediately without any further comment. So funny :)

Caller: Claimed to be ANZ

Said they were from ANZ and said someone tried to use my card to spend $1200 they knew the first four digits which is the bank hang up on me when they said they couldn't give me my account number over the phone once i said if your really anz you could ask me my password and confirm my identity over the phone

Claimed to be from ANZ bank and trying to confirm a charge against my account. I don't have an account with ANZ. SCAM

Looks like it's a scam call from Perth. Block the number.

Caller: Some Indian Lady

Asked to collect debt from someone who wasn’t me, total scammer that hung up when I questioned them back - block this number immediately..

Came on strong with name...sounded suss, potential fraud blocked popped up blocked - thank you telcos.

Claimed to be Alex from telstra, needing access to my computer to fix it !!! I asked where he was calling from and he hung up.

Female asking about transactions of $500 on my account, I told her that her parents must be disgusted to know she is a scammer, she hung up.

didn't bother answering as these are the days of heaps of dud calls. if no message is left then it's no call back from me.

As usual I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number and as usual they didn't leave a message. Blocked this number.
