Said he was calling on behalf of an insurance company as I had been involved a motor vehicle accident. Would not provide the insurance company or where he got my number and he eventually hung up on me.

Sounds like scam

Same insurance call - hung up when I said I hadn't been involved in an accident - SCAM CALL

A guy said he was from a legal service and calling about an accident. When I expressed incomprehension he hung up. It is an SA or WA number and I am on the east coast.

This old one, he says his name is Kevin and he's from some made up and make believe accident board that doesn't exist in Australia haha just a lowlife scammer

Haha so "Kevin" is still at it, he hasn't called me in a few years now, always claimed to be from an accident investigation board that we don't have in Australia

Called then hung up. Probably a scam

From a noisy environment, the caller said he was in Indonesia and I had been involved in an accident. I hung up...

I also had a “hello this is Kevin from the insurance company. I’m calling because somebody hit your car, is that right?”
I hung up.

No message I didn't pick up the call and they hung up. It was the number above. I have blocked the number.

I received a call today from someone with an Asian sounding voice from this number - Same accident pitch - I just hung up.

I just had the exact same call from this number

After 5 seconds & noise/static in the background, then an Indian accent, so immediately blocked it as a scam call. He said he was calling re a motor vehicle accident. I told him I haven’t been driving for weeks so couldn’t be me. He then hung up. Scam - blocked the number.

Says he's ringing from insurance company. Clearly international call centre routed through Aus number. SCAM. [I do not have any insurance policies!]

Called me regarding a motor vehicle accident that was fake. I hung up.

When I answered I waited for them to speak before I said anything but after a few seconds they just hung up without speaking

Yet another spam call. Says Perth but doubt it. On my private second number which I’ve been attempted to be hacked multiple times by known stalker. Def sus.
