A youngish-sounding woman rang, and did not identify her name. She called me by my name. She said she was ringing about a claim about an accident i had had in the last 2 years that was not my fault. She could not clarify or give any further details, such as was she talking about an MVA, or personal injury. I said there was no such claim, accident or injury; that it was weird. I rang off.

Caller: This number called me but i didnt answer because i didn't know who it was

This number is very similar to a number already identified here - (08) 6170 9675, which has a 30% spam score and is noted as a solar panel telemarketing company. I worked this out because i have received calls from both numbers (neither of which i have answered). I’d say this number ending in 9696 is prob the same place as the 9675…..?

Said I had a car accident within the last 2 years. She kept pushing asking if I had been in a not at fault accident. I hung up and blocked the number.

As per previous entries. Received a call from an unknown number. I haven't had an accident in recent times. Number will be blocked! Don't have time for this crap.

Caller: Number came up as Spearwood, an area of Perth

Greeted me by name (with Asian accent) about a supposed accident within the past 2 years. I told her I knew what they were up to and not to call again and blocked the number.

Caller: Lisa from Accident Claim Management

Lisa from Accident Claim Management Phone # (08) 6170 9696 rang to advise me that I had been in an accident in the last 2 years, called me by my name and on my mobile which is not published in the telephone directory. I asked her where she got the information from and was told that their survey team had received the information, could not tell me any details. Definitely a scam. This needs to be reported to authorities.

Heard the click of it transferring overseas. Young woman muttered something about an accident. Told her she sounded like a scam and hung up.

Caller: She said her name was Jess

Scam call about an accident. She asked if I I’d had an accident in the past 2 years told her I hadn’t in over 20 years and she said thank you and hung up.

(08) 6170 9696. Calls often. I don’t answer. I now see others have had the same scam caller. Block this number.

Called my daughters phone several times I finally answered and told them to remove number from the calling list that we don't need to be scammed she became very rude and nasty and said I need to think before I speak and added aggression

Defiantly a scam call as my daughters number is not used for anything other then calls to me and her dad.

It came up as a Spoof call
